Description
Official Proclamation by Mary B. Verner, Mayor of the City of Spokane, Washington. Officially declares June 19, 2010 to be celebrated in the city as Sonora Smart Dodd Day, in honor of Sonora Dodd, the founder of Father's Day. Mary B. Verner served as Mayor of Spokane from 2007 to 2011.
