Description
Official Proclamation by David H. Rodgers, Mayor of the City of Spokane, Washington. Officially declares June 21, 1970 to be celebrated in the city as the holiday Father's Day. David H. Rodgers served as Mayor of Spokane from 1967 to 1978.
