Official Proclamation by Willard "Duke" Taft , Mayor of the City of Spokane, Washington. Officially recognizes June 19, 1955 to be celebrated in the city as the holiday Father's Day. Willard "Duke" Taft served as Mayor of Spokane from 1955 to 1958.
