Second Grade Reader Kit: A Curriculum Project
Abstract
This research project delves into the effectiveness of a balanced approach with phonics instruction and reading comprehension strategies instruction delivered through a cross-age peer tutoring model.The result indicates that this model is successful due to prior tutor training, bonds between tutor and student, and open communication between all parties.
