Vincent Lebbe seating with to his right Professor Chen (Tchen) dean of the faculty of Philosophy at Fujen University; to his left Pu Jin溥 伒, a cousin of the emperor and professor of Chinese painting at Fujen University; next to Pu, Fr. Niu, prominent figure in the Chinese Catholic student association; Fr. Paul Gilson is seated on the far right; second row: Fr. Michel Keymolen (2nd); Jean-Marie Tan 譚慶瀾 (6th); most of the other people in the photograph are members of the Chinese Catholic Association who knew Lebbe when they were students in Europe.
