On reverse, telegram from Father Montini (future Pope Paul VI) to Bishop Zhu Kaimin 朱開敏 relaying a communiqué of Cardinal Fumasoni Biondi, prefect of Propaganda Fide: Pope Pius congratulate the bishop on the occasion of his 80th birthday and the anniversary of his religious profession and episcopal ordination.
