Description
Official Proclamation by Neal R. Fosseen, Mayor of the City of Spokane, Washington. Officially declares June 17, 1962 to be celebrated in the city as the holiday Father's Day. Neal R. Fosseen served as Mayor of the City of Spokane from 1960 to 1967.
