Research Project Abstract
My research is focused on the rise in craft breweries and how that relates to an aspect of local, community-based products and consumption. Through in-depth interviews, my research examines how the local craft brewers in Spolane have come to understand themselves through the context of their unique beer, their community, and their place in the rising craft beer movement in the United States.
