Abstract
The United States and Russia have been competitors in the industry of nuclear arms. Since the end of the Cold War's arms race, both countries have dismantled some of their nuclear stockpiles but have acquired new technologies and gained more experience with the art of nuclear warfare. The world needs to put a strict limit on the amount of nuclear weaponry each country should have active in their armaments, if any.
