Abstract

A short project for an International Relations course.

Addresses the issue of desertification, which threatens 47% of the earth's land, destroying the local ecosystem and eliminating the soil's ability to grow crops. People, plants and animals all suffer as a result of grasslands turning to desert, but new understanding about desertification is helping us to reverse this deadly cycle.
