Bishop Raymond Lane, MM, conducting a ceremony at Fushun in 1940. Bishop Lane was interned by the Japanese in Fushun. After a year of repatriation, Bishop Lane was elected to be the third Superior General of Maryknoll. His tenure led to the greatest expansion at home and abroad for Maryknoll. Fushun, China.
